At SmartTechGear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for details on how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days from the date your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Examples include:

• personal electronics that show signs of use
• products missing original packaging or accessories
• clearance or final sale items

SmartTechGear reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a defective product claim, we may request:

• photos of the item
• video showing the issue
• photos of the packaging

In most cases, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• a replacement product
• a refund
• a store credit

For many low-cost products, we may send a replacement without requiring the item to be returned.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. SmartTechGear is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After this period, orders may already be in fulfillment and may not be cancelled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
